The master bathroom was a highlight with its separate shower and bathtub. Enjoyed the pool area with heated water, perfect for cooling off. The location was a big plus too, close to all the essentials!

Initially, I received the wrong room, which was frustrating, and when I was finally moved, the noise from the KARMA Superclub next door made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, I was unexpectedly stopped due to a festival, causing access issues and leading to confusion with the hotel staff that left me feeling neglected.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. We loved exploring nearby restaurants, and the pool, especially since it was child-friendly and well-maintained. Plus, the presidential suite fit our family perfectly!
